Make your voice heard by heading to the polls!
An effort to inform members and the community on local candidates and encourage voter participation.
As members of this distinguished community, it is our duty to mold Georgetown and the county at large into a better place for each other and our children. An integral part of this duty of ours comes through the privilege to vote. Every individual has an important voice with a right to be heard, so make your voice heard by heading to the polls.

2021 Local Candidates Information
The Chamber has hosted Candidate Forums for the following upcoming elections:
- City Council District 1 (District 1 Map)
- City Council District 5 (District 5 Map)
- Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees Place 6
- Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees Place 7
Please note that all Georgetown ISD Board of Trustees are at-large positions. Click here for Attendance Zones.
The Chamber hosted these candidate forums because we believe people have a right to know what their candidates for public office say about issues that affect our communities. Candidate forums allow those seeking public office to express their views openly so community members can understand their positions and make informed voting choices. We provide the forums as a public service, and we are privileged and proud to play a role in the democratic process of our city.
Early in-person voting is April 19-24 and April 26-27. Election Day is May 1. The last day to register to vote is April 1.
Early voting and Election Day polling places, dates, and times are available at: wilco.org/elections.
