Did you know that local chambers are one of the top places people go when searching for information on a community? As a Chamber member, your business will be listed in our business directory with a link to your website. You are also encouraged to keep business cards/ brochures in the Chamber lobby. The Chamber is often the first stop for visitors and new residents.
As a new member, we’ll include your information in Chamber social media posts. Hosting or sponsoring an event? Add it to the Chamber’s Member Event calendar for added exposure.
We also offer a multitude of event options for added visibility for your company, including groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, Business Network Lunch, Business After Hours, and Business Before Hours. There are also networking opportunities prior to the start of Breakfast Links and Lunch & Learn. Need to connect with potential customers? Print publications include the Guide to Georgetown & Chamber Membership Directory and the Map of Georgetown & Williamson County, both of which are included in all relocation packets. EDUCATION & GROWTH
The Chamber provides education opportunities, such as the Lunch & Learn Workshop Series and Chamber University to give you expert advice on ways to improve your business processes and profitability. Additionally, Breakfast Links and Virtual Power Hour provide you with access to area leaders to keep you informed on what is happening in the community. Through our suite of leadership development programs, we offer opportunities for leaders from high school through the C-Suite to engage and contribute to the advancement of our community.

STRENGTHENING THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY
Beyond visibility, growth, and credibility, the Chamber works behind the scenes to strengthen the local business community. Through its Workforce Development Alliance, the Chamber works closely with Georgetown ISD to ensure students are graduating with the skills needed by local employers. It also has segmented partnerships designed to address the needs of businesses in specific industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate development. There is also a Government Affairs Committee as well as a Military Affairs Committee.
Lastly, the Chamber offers Chamber Circles designed to facilitate real connections based on industry lifecycle, business type, or other commonalities. These small group meetings range in topics from new businesses to event professionals to women in business.

Do you have to live in Georgetown? No. Membership is open to anyone interested in doing business in Georgetown. In fact, about 25% of our members have a business based outside of Georgetown.
What programs and events does the Chamber offer? The Chamber has a program or event taking place most weeks. In addition to numerous recurring events, it also offers multiple annual events as well as programs ranging from Leadership Georgetown to special events to industry-specific meetings. The Chamber also offers Chamber Circles which are open to both members and non-members. Chamber Circles are free small group meetings designed to help people connect and learn from each other.
