The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce offers marketing and sponsorship opportunities for your company to gain brand recognition and publicity. Chamber sponsorships provide an excellent sales and marketing opportunity to highlight your business. Throughout the year we offer a variety of ways to help you get more visibility in the community.
Publications & Website
Georgetown & Williamson County Map
These poster size maps have Georgetown on one side and Williamson County on the backside. Maps are distributed primarily through the Chamber lobby, Visitor’s Center, relocation packets, the library, member hotels, and homebuilders. Ad sales typically start in November and the map is printed in the spring.
Guide to Georgetown Membership Directory
The Community Guide Membership Directory is a printed magazine style publication available free of charge at various locations in town. Ads sales start in the fall and the guide comes out in the spring. All ads are in full color. Publication is 8.5 x 11.” An electronic version of the publication is also found on the Chamber’s website.

Website banner ads are listed on the following pages: Business Directory, Business Directory Map, Member Deals, Job Postings, Community Event Calendar, and Information Requests. The ads also link to your website.

Monthly Event Sponsorships
Business Network Lunch
This is our largest monthly event focused primarily on networking. Typical attendance is more than 100 chamber members. Each attendee introduces themselves and their business, followed by a networking activity and a brief update from the city, school district, and Chamber.

Business Before Hours
Business Before Hours is a networking event that brings together current and prospective members to build professional relationships in a relaxed environment. This popular event is hosted by the sponsor at their location to showcase their operations. Guests are invited to stop in on the way to work between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. to learn more about the business, take advantage of special discounts or network over a cup of coffee and a quick breakfast.

Business After Hours
Business After Hours is a monthly networking event that brings together current and prospective members to build professional relationships in a relaxed environment. This popular event is hosted by the sponsor at their location to showcase their operations. Attendees enjoy food and drinks, door prize drawings, tours of member businesses and, of course, plenty of networking.

Cornerstone Luncheons
The four cornerstones for a Chamber of Excellence are Economic Development, Education, Public Safety, and Healthcare. Each luncheon features a distinguished speaker focused on one of the four cornerstone topics. After the feature speaker's presentation, an award is given to an individual or organization that exemplifies the vision for that cornerstone. This signature event also includes a business expo during guest check-in allowing for Chamber members to showcase their products and service to the 100+ guests. Sponsorships range between $200-$1,500.
Annual Event Sponsorships
Chamber Awards Banquet
This annual event brings the business community together to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments, look forward to the year ahead, and recognize our award recipients. The awards recognize companies and organizations in our area for their achievement and community contributions. Attendees enjoy a reception, year-in-review, business awards and a seated dinner. The Awards Banquet is attended by more than 300 of Georgetown’s most influential business and community leaders. Sponsorships start at $520.
Georgetown Bridal Show
Whether your wedding vision is a formal black-tie affair or a casual ceremony, our carefully selected experts are ready to offer advice in creating timeless memories for your perfect day. The Georgetown Bridal Show provides the ideal opportunity for couples to connect with our wedding industry experts. The show features a fashion show, honeymoon giveaway, prizes and entertainment throughout the day. This beautiful event is typically held in the spring each year. Sponsorships start at $1,000.
Golf Tournament
Held each fall, the Georgetown Chamber Golf Tournament brings together local business leaders to enjoy fresh air and friendly competition on the greens. Golfers will make new business connections during this un-FORE-gettable afternoon featuring special contests, goody bags stocked with gifts, and great food. Foursomes and individual golfers are welcome to participate. Never hit a golf ball, but don’t want to miss out on the fun? There are plenty of ways to get involved–no golf skills required! Sponsorships start at $150.
